I like how the mid-westers say "supper" as us west coasters say 'dinner". Kind of like the "pop" vs. "soda". Sorry, off topic but had to get that in there!

Whole wheat macaroni with tomatoes and fresh chopped basil, a sprinkle of parmasean cheese and course ground black pepper. Total cooking time 10minutes.

Desert and night snack was pear slices and an ounce of old cheddar cheese.

I used to say pop when living in WI, now I call it soda in FL. That's funny. Lilly my little girlie pup loves soda, she will jump through hoops for it.

Thanks betterdog, I am not a great cook, I probably could be if I enjoyed it, but it just seems like a chore for me. My daughter Sam cooks some of the best baked salmon you have ever tasted.

It changes alot from right coast to left coast.

My brother has lived in NY for 40 years and when he comes home he says, "Hey, what do you say to splitin' and pie tonight". To which I always say, "Apple or Cherry".

He says, NO, I was thinkin' Onion, Pepproni and Cheese.

I then say, "OH, you want to split a Pizza, well why didn't you say that?"

I then get a backhanded "cuff slap" ....
