i saw that move it made me cry. like old yellow why do they have to have a said ending
ou can close your eyes to hide the things you don't want to see, but you can't close your heart to hide the things you don't want to feel...x

Back when these movies were made, they tryed to teach "life lessons" as well as entertain. I think the lesson in Ol Yeller was that things happen that we cant control and it forces us to make tough dessions. While he had to put Yeller down, the movie ended with a new puppy ... showing that life goes on!!!

Totally agree...

Dogs ingeneral teach people life lessons in so many ways...Its amazing what a dog do to a persons heart and soul.

Disney Movies were entertaining first, but they also used to have some kind of under-lying "life lesson" in them. They were meant to teach ppl the right socal and human behaivor.
