Need help

My students are designing a dog-human biathalon or triathalon. There will be a walk/run and then some type of obstacle course that the dogs and humans must do together. It will have a noncompetitive group and a competitive grouping. They have not been able to come up with a good name that denotes that it is a partnership between a dog and their companion. We believe this could be a lot of fun for people and help in keeping both K9 and human more healthy. I would love to hear your ideas, thoughts, and potential names for such an event.

You could do it just like a regular one, walk or run, bike and swim. Dogs love all that. I do not know what you would call it but I will think about it.

Canis-Sapien Joint-Athalon

Run/Walk, Bike/Pull, Retrieve/Swim (dogs retrieve from a certain distance and humans swim the same distance; if a dog doesn't know how to retrieve it can just swim a certain distance with it's human while on a long leash with a life vest on). Have both human and dogs go across a ladder that's 3' off the ground, go through a tunnel, do pole weaving and hurdle jumping.

Interesting names How many of you would do something like this just for fun? They may have something like this in UK. I have seen some very different dog competitions in Japan and Uk television.
