You don't use the term moggies in the US then?

Moggies are your bog standard domestic cats, or what we would refer to in dogs as mongrels / mutts.

I'm sure that we do use that term here but being a dog community, half of us don't really know much about feline terminology, I mean until recently I didn't know the correct terms for female and male cats.lol.
